Ingredients
For Paneer Stuffing
Fresh Crumbled Paneer - 3/4 cup
Finely Chopped Red Onion - 1
Green Chillies - 1
Oil - 2 tspns
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tspn
Red Chillie Powder - 1/2 Tspn
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbspn
Salt to Taste
For Green Chutney
Fresh Cilantro - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 4
1 clove Garlic
Ginger - 1/2 an inch
Lime Juice of 1 lime
Salt to Taste
For the Rolls
Whole Wheat Tortilla - 2
Directions
For the Paneer Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan
Add Chopped Chilies and Onions and cook till golden brown
Add Turmeric and Chili Powder
Fry the spices for half a minute
Add Paneer and cook for a few minutes
Take the pan off the stove and add Salt, Lemon Juice and Cilantro
For Chutney
Put all the ingredients for the Chutney in a grinder
Grind to form a paste/ chutney
Assembly
Place the Tortilla on a plate
Apply 1 - 2 tspns of Chutney to cover the whole tortilla
Spread a little stuffing on one side of the tortilla leaving an inch from the edge
Start rolling the Tortilla to make a long roll
Cut the roll in 8 bite sized pieces
Repeat with the second tortilla
Serve with some hot sauce or ketchup
