Summer Salad

Ingredients

Sprouted Moong Beans - 1 cup
Finely sliced Red Cabbage - 1 cup
Julienned Baby Red Peppers - 2
Julienned Carrots - 1/2 Cup
Pea Sprouts - 1/2 Cup
Finely chopped Basil and Chives - 1/4 cup

Dressing

Lemon Juice - 3 tspns
Sugar - 2 tspns
Finely chopped Green Chillie - 1-2
Salt to taste

Garnish
Fried Onions - Optional for added crunch and flavor

Directions

Mix all the Ingredients together except for the Pea Sprouts
Serve right away garnished with Pea Sprouts and optionally, the Fried Onions.
